Ron Barnacle
As a leading professional in the global advertising industry, Ron has more than 40 years of involvement with the industry, including periods of time in the US in Chicago and New York with Doyle Dane Bernbach.

Upon his return to Australia, he was instrumental in the formation of new advertising entity, The Edge, which expanded rapidly into various areas. In 2000, the successful business was merged with Clemenger Harvey, with Ron taking over the role of company chairman. Well known for his ability to contextualise opportunity, Ron was instrumental in the creation of further opportunities for the business, leading the successful integration of various acquisitions.

With qualifications in psychology, marketing and advertising, Ron was chairman of Clemenger BBDO, Edge Loyalty Systems and Porter Novelli, as well as a director of Hardie Grant Publishing and Bayly Wiley Holt. During this period, he worked with many industrial sectors and was instrumental in many of the investments made by the various entities at the time. Ron’s reputation for successfully being able to integrate acquisitions is well respected in Australia and worldwide.

Upon retiring from direct management in 2010, Ron continues to be active with Cranlana (a Sydney Myer Foundation initiative) and the Board of the Arts Exhibition Australia, in addition to other commercial and pro-bono roles.

George Hatzimihalis

George is a qualified industrial chemist with over 22 years' experience in the chemical and waste management industry.  His areas of specialist expertise include multi-disciplinary project management, trade waste management and has special knowledge financial control and investment for large scale development projects.

His extensive experience and expertise in project management and coordination. He has a diverse background in the environmental and renewable sector in both Australia and overseas.

Jefferson Cheng
Jefferson is a self-made businessman who has been actively managing his investments in various enterprises for more than 25 years. He has business interests in aviation, airport operations, airline services, cargo terminals and logistics, chemicals manufacturing and supply, security services, computer manufacturing and environmental products and services.

An architect by profession, he was also involved in the design and construction of airport terminals and airport cargo facilities in the Asia Pacific Region.
